When we found out that we’d won Bridebook Menswear Supplier of the Year 2018 – which is awarded on positive customer reviews – we were thrilled; not only did this reward recognise our business for doing something we love, it also told us that we were making our clients happy, which is our ultimate aim. Here at Whitfield & Ward, nothing is too much trouble for our customers, we are passionate about what we do and pay great attention to detail so we’re extremely proud our customers have recognised our efforts.

The Bridebook Wedding Awards recognise the best in the business for the incredible work they do within the UK wedding industry. Unlike many other awards, Bridebook give the customers their say, and winners are chosen based on the number of positive reviews received by real couples who tied the knot in 2017.

For the award, we were hand-selected as the winners by a panel of expert judges, based on our profile’s review score, product quality, and overall commitment and contribution to the wedding industry.

Nicola Whitfield, co-founder of Whitfield & Ward, explained how important customer reviews are for her business, as well as how she, and the rest of the team at Whitfield & Ward, feels as a result of the award win:
